What does 1-3 delivery days mean?
The short answer is 1 to 3 business days. Every morning (weekdays) we print all the orders that we have in our list and pack them.
Then DHL, PostNord and UPS comes around 2 o'clock and collects everything. If we have time, more orders will also be packed continuously during the day.
For example, if you place an order on Sunday evening, it will be packed on Monday morning and sent out the same day.
If you live near Stockholm, the package can arrive the next day, if you live further out in the country, it can take up to 2-3 work days.
When the package arrives at its delivery point, you will receive a notification by SMS in your mobile. You will also receive a confirmation via e-mail when we process your order that contains a shipment number and a link to where you can track your package. If you have chosen a "varubrev", it will be delivered to your mailbox/door.
Should it happen that something you have ordered is not in stock, we will call or text, and send you an e-mail and offer the alternatives that are available!
What does 30 days open purchase mean?
At Jabb.se, all customers have 30 days of open purchase. This means that you can send back unused, undamaged goods with intact packaging/sealing/technical seals within 30 days of receiving your package. Note that some outgoing REA items only have the right of exchange and not open purchase. In cases like this, there is a text on the product page.
What does Product Warranty mean?
Jabb.se wants customers to feel satisfied and secure when they shop with us. As a company, it is voluntary to provide a product warranty, but we try to always compensate our customers when a fault occurs, within a reasonable time. Since most of our products are manufactured by other companies, we have to turn to them first when a fault occurs. Usually the time frame is within a year for it to be approved.
Warranty applies when there is a fault with a product without the customer's influence - for example bad seams, a boxing ball that does not hold air or other technical parts that do not work as promised.
Depending on what is wrong, we can:
- repair the item
- exchange the item for a new one
- make deductions from the price
- return the item and give the money back
The warranty does not always apply. With the points below, the consumer cannot demand that the warranty should apply:
- if an accident occurs after the consumer has received the goods
- in case of neglect
- in case of abnormal use
- if the consumer has not followed care and service instructions
- wear and tear over a longer period
It is therefore not possible to wear out a pair of boxing gloves yourself, and then replace them after a year. But if, for example, the seams loosen shortly after purchase, a buckle is sewn incorrectly or similar product defects, just email us with pictures and information at info@jabb.se
