If you want to train with both punches and kicks, we recommend 180cm bags. For punches and high kicks, 150cm bags. If you just want to practice hitting technique, our shorter bags 120cm, 90cm 60cm. Here you will also find wall and ceiling brackets to hang up the bags safely both at home and at the gym. Associated chains are available in different variants. We also have punching bags for bards, with matching gloves.

Our sacks are manufactured by the market's most well-known brands such as Fairtex, Century and Zebra. Most of our punching bags are filled directly from the factory, but we also have unfilled bags, which you can easily fill yourself with sand, old clothes or sheets.

We deliver the punching bags to your home with DHL or you can pick them up free of charge in our store at Arenavägen 23, Stockholm.
