Medicineballs

Medicine balls are used in rehabilitation training, but also to train explosiveness, strength and balance in a number of different sports. The simple shape and the soft material allow you to create a variety of dynamic movements for different purposes. Medicine balls are grooved durable rubber that provides good grip and at the same time is waterproof.

We also have medicine balls with ropes at the end, good for training the torso. Double handles for increased stability during tough exercises.

Exercises with medicine balls include, but are not limited to, wall mass, slams, throws, push-ups, squats, and situps.
