C.P SPORTS: ONE HAND TRICEPS ROPE

Durable and robust one-handed triceps rope suitable for many different one-handed exercises in the cable machine. The end stop, which is made of non-slip rubber, has a diameter of 6 cm and enables safe and comfortable training. The diameter of the rope is 2.5 cm and the length from the loop to the end is 37 cm. The rope is made of extremely durable polypropylene and the loop in chromed steel. With the one-handed triceps rope, the triceps are trained in isolation, it protects the wrists and is therefore an excellent alternative to dumbbells.
